The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, menu development, and team leadership while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency. Lead and manage daily kitchen operations. Develop and innovate menus, recipes, and seasonal specials. Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Manage food costing, inventory, and supplier relationships. Monitor kitchen budgets and control food wastage. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations.
