Position Overview

**Job Description**

The Chef de Cuisine-Dietary Specialist is the lead culinary person responsible for supervising culinary operations with an emphasis in special dietary accommodations at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, WA.

+ Develops, prices, plans, and executes menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences while maintaining high culinary standards; such as but not limited to: halal, kosher, Jain, celiac, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, nightshade-free, paleo, keto, and allergens such as nuts, soy, sesame. ?????
+ Collaborates with clients, event coordinators, and kitchen staff to customize meals based on dietary requirements

**Compensation Data**

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
