Job Description - Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed.
- Train new kitchen staff
- Overall responsibility for the kitchenβs daily operations
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
Requirements - Proven work experience as a Chef or cook.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, Leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
