Vespa Rossa offers a unique dining experience. We are looking for a qualified and experienced chef and cook to join our business on a full-time basis.



TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:



• Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1 year)

• Diploma/Certificate III/IV in cookery or equivalent

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Passion for creating delicious and high-quality food.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team



CHEF JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:



• Developing new dishes and planning menus considering preparation costs including labour cost

• Engaging in food preparation and cooking
