Key Responsibilities: 1. Meal Preparation Plan and prepare daily meals for residents according to menu plans. Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and suitable for elderly residents. Cater for special diets such as diabetic, vegetarian, soft/pure ed, low-salt, or allergen-free diets. 2. Menu Planning Design seasonal menus with variety and nutritional value.
