Role

Granata’s Merrylands is looking for an individual who can oversee the restaurant's kitchen by effectively managing other kitchen and food preparation team members whilst deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests.

The individual will assist in prep-work but will also cook specialty dishes that require changes due to seasons. In doing so, choosing the right ingredients and designing a menu based on availability, popularity and demand will be essential to the role.
