**Job Description**
**Notice - In order to qualify for this position, all candidates must hold a current license from the State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture as a Cheesemaker, or Trained Pasteurizer Operator. Candidates without one of these will NOT be given consideration.**
General Purpose
Perform all duties to include the cooking of milk and specified ingredients to make cheese according to recipe. Pasteurize and separate milk to obtain prescribed butterfat content.
