CHATERAISE Central Kitchen is looking for Pastry Production Crew x 10! Responsibilities - Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings
- Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safety standards and procedures
- Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature
- Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements - 5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays (44hrs/week), rotating shifts
- At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or as a central kitchen pastry staff
- Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperature
