About the Role
We are hiring Chat Support Executives (Non-Voice) for our international customer support operations. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Chat / Non-Voice BPO
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum Intermediate qualification (A-Level preferred)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM (90% accuracy)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
