Chartering Manager
to lead the growth of our client's RORO and Breakbulk business across Southeast Asia. This role will focus on developing new cargo opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company's presence within the project logistics and heavy-lift sector. Responsibilities Lead chartering activities for RORO and Breakbulk vessels, with a strong focus on project cargo, heavy-lift, and out-of-gauge shipments. Identify and develop new cargo pipelines, trade lanes, and business opportunities across Southeast Asia. Build and maintain strong relationships with cargo owners, EPC contractors, project forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners. Negotiate and conclude charter party agreements while ensuring commercial competitiveness and operational feasibility.
