Chartered Building Surveyor – London – up to £65,000 + Benefits – Ref 569

I am currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work for one of the leading property companies in London. Salary up to £65,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has a fantastic reputation inside the M25 and have been in operation for many years. They have a very specialist team of multi-disciplined individuals and have people situated strategically throughout the region to ensure they offer a first-class service to their clients.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint another Chartered Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will predominately be conducting building surveys (level 3) for a range of residential properties inside the M25. However, you will also be involved with expert witness, dilapidations, party wall and project monitoring.
