Chartered Accountant (Contracting / Construction / Real Estate)

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA)
• Must have prior experience in a contracting, construction, or real estate company
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting
• In-depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Experience in handling audits, compliance, and financial controls
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
