EV Charging Infr Ops & Maintenance

1. Visual Inspection of Charging station.

2. Ensure basic hygiene and maintenance checks as recommended.

3. Prepare a detailed report with supporting documents and pictures/videos of each visit.

4. Respond to complaints received and resolve as per the timelines set.

5. Electrical equipment checks and repair for minor issues like loose connection, sim replacement, vents cleaning, and forecasting for any major incident based on visual inspections of current situations.

6. Check all parameters for normal functioning of the station as per checklist provided.

7. Prepare and submit reports of all kinds of maintenance activity that is done at each charging station to the reporting manager in the format as required.
