Job Purpose:
The Scaffolding Chargehand is responsible for assisting the Foreman and Supervisor in overseeing daily scaffolding activities on-site. The role involves leading a small team of scaffolders, ensuring safe work practices, coordinating daily tasks, and supporting the efficient installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
