**Charge RN- Surgery located at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. Position is Full Time and will work 8-hour Evening shifts (11:00am-7:30pm)**



The Operating Room (OR) Charge RN provides **clinical leadership and operational oversight** of daily surgical services while maintaining **direct patient care responsibilities as a circulating nurse across all surgical specialties** . This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant perioperative care delivery, balancing **real-time operational coordination with hands-on intraoperative nursing practice** .
