We are currently searching for an experienced Charge Nurse (RN) to work Full-Time (4 days) in our Monday–Friday ambulatory multi-specialty center. This role functions in a rotating structure, serving as Charge Nurse on assigned days and rotating through PACU and OR as needed on remaining days. Fast-paced Multi specialty center with a diverse case mix seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented nurse with strong clinical and organizational skills to support daily operations and quality initiatives.

Major responsibilities include coordinating day-of clinical flow, serving as a clinical resource for staff, supporting Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities, assisting with infection control rounding and audits, and ensuring documentation workflows are completed appropriately.
