Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join the Medical‑Surgical Ward team. This role is integral in providing high‑quality patient care, managing clinical staff, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for patients, families, and colleagues. The Charge Nurse will lead by example, uphold best practices, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

• Provide direct patient care and maintain the highest standards of clinical nursing based on evidence‑based practices.
• Monitor and guide clinical staff, offering support, supervision, and mentorship as needed.
• Assign and coordinate staffing to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.
• Identify and report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Unit Manager and Quality Division.
