About the Role
The Charge Nurse Manager (CNM) position is responsible for the effective management of Ward 6 East / Ward 3 Acute Frailty Unit (AFU). The CNM will do this through managing and leading the people, systems, processes and resources that facilitate clinically safe, efficient and effective service delivery across the two Wards.
The CNM will provide clinical and professional leadership to the team, developing the nursing service, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to the strategic direction for Ward 6 East and Ward 3 (AFU).
