**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Provide Pastoral Care, assistance and support. Actively participate in Clinical Pastoral Education training program, abiding by CPE policies and completing course requirements as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

+ Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an institution accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA); plus, completion of at least one master's level course in a subject related to ministry or theology.
+ Completion of at least one unit of CPE from one of the following providers: ACPE, CPEI, or CPSP
