At ING we are looking for a Channel Strategy Expert to join our investment advice team and play a key role in shaping the future of our advice service proposition.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end‑to‑end commercial strategy, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross‑selling, retention, and long‑term value creation.
- Design and evolve the advisory service model, defining how different client segments are served, how advisory interactions are delivered, and how internal teams and the outsourced provider collaborate.
- Monitor and optimize key business and sales indicators such as conversion, productivity, customer engagement, and service effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, compliance, data, and technology teams to improve the proposition, strengthen execution, and scale the business.
