Position Overview
- Lead the end-to-end development of new offline channels, with a primary focus on Hyper and B2B segments.
- Create and execute strategies to establish presence in target accounts and drive initial sell-in and sell-out.
- Sales and Gross Margin Achievement
- Be accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability targets across multiple brands.
- Monitor sell-through and inventory health.
- Key Account Management & Relationship Building
- Identify, visit, negotiate with, and secure new partnerships with Hyper and B2B clients.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Channel Strategy and Innovation
- Develop innovative approaches to improve in-store visibility, merchandising, promotions and campaign activation.
- Explore new scenarios and opportunities within the Hyper and B2B landscape to increase market share.
