Designation - Deputy General Manager - Channel Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with channel partners and get the leads for the projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate with sales, legal, CRM, finance, and project teams for smooth transaction processing.
Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
Actively do the closure wherever needed.
Maintain MIS reports .
Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent client servicing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, especially within the Pune & Mumbai real estate market.
Coordinate with site teams and management for smooth execution of project-related sales closures.
