The Channel Partner Manager manages and grows relationships between the developer and brokerage firms ensuring brokers are enabled and motivated to sell properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage strong relationships with brokerage firms.
- Provide project information, pricing and sales tools.
- Deliver training and presentations to brokers.
- Drive sales performance through brokerage channels.
- Organize broker events, roadshows, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Report market insights and competitor feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Real Estate.
- 35 years experience in real estate or brokerage relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of regional real estate brokerage ecosystems.
