QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related programs.
- With at least 5 years of trade marketing experience handling FMCG products
- Exposure to traditional trade channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align trade marketing plans with category strategies, sales targets, and retail channel.
- Refine strategies based on trends and business priorities.
- Define the right product mix per channel.
- Regularly review and update plans to align with new launches and opportunities.
- Set execution standards to boost availability, visibility, pricing, and activations.
- Create impactful channel materials and campaigns.
