An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven and operationally strong Channel Manager to join a leading player in the road freight industry. This role will take ownership of a growing national partner and counter network, ensuring operational excellence, service delivery, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

- Drive the growth and performance of the national partner/counter network
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic retail and agent partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, pricing structures, and performance terms
