Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth and performance of the national partner/counter network
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic retail and agent partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, pricing structures, and performance terms
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, and customer experience across the network
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost-to-serve improvements
- Implement and manage SOPs, compliance standards, and operational controls
- Conduct partner performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Customer teams to optimize network performance
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
