The job holder is responsible to achieve sales target of assigned channel by successfully managing sales team, is accountable to develop retain sales strategy, customer relationship management and achievement of targeted revenue within defined parameters.

• Lead, motivate and develop subordinates in order to achieve required levels of performance and competency. Build a high performance sales culture to deliver maximum sales and exceed budgets
