You will support the design and delivery of change activities that help people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change, working closely with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical, well considered, and focused on achieving intended outcomes. The role will involve supporting a major ERP programme and transformation initiatives, applying enterprise change standards while tailoring your work to meet the needs of different end‑user groups. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality change outcomes and supporting stakeholders through change in a pragmatic and impactful way, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and embedded for long‑term impact.
