Change of Tenancy Advisor - Ty Calon, Cardiff - £14,02 ph PAYE - 7 month contract
I am working with an Energy company who are looking for a candidate who has exceptional customer service skills to join their team as a 'Change of Tenancy Advisor.' You will be given full training on site and then move to hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
Completing change of tenancies for commercial properties.Managing workflow to complete work items in line with age profileTaking Inbound calls to deal with COT queries and offer Contracts to new customers.Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts.Sending information requests to customers and managing responsesComplex process but full training given.Looking for people who have:
