Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Digitalisation, and Finance Transformation, with some experience of applied change management in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. 

As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving successful transformation initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions for our clients as well as help grow our Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support GBS and Shared Services transformations.
• Lead CM on digitalisation and finance transformation projects, focusing on P2P and O2C processes.
