A leading organisation delivering a flagship UK infrastructure programme is seeking a Baseline & Change Manager to join its Project Controls function.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring robust changeernance and baseline integrity across aplex, high-value programme.

Your new role

Lead and oversee the change control process across the programme

Act as the focal point for baseline management (cost, schedule, scope)

Ensure all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented

Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and project teams

Drive consistency inernance, reporting, and performance management

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in Project Controls / Change / PMO environments

Proven ability to manage change control on large-scale infrastructure projects
