Iām working with a leading organisation that is delivering a major HR transformation programme, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER). They are seeking an experienced Change Manager who can drive business operating model change within a multi-stream programme and ensure effective transformation across HR, specifically within Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating model change, ideally gained in HR/ER environments, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, and apply best practice change management approaches.
Location : London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)
