Position Overview
Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans for Last Miles improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
2. Operation Process Analysis and Optimization Conduct a thorough analysis of our Last Mile operation and Hub process Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement through operational flow Develop and implement initiatives to optimize capacity, efficiency and quality.
