Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute change management activities aligned to program objectives and timelines.
- Identify and assess organizational impacts across people, process, and roles.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder communication plans to support awareness and buy in.
- Coordinate training and enablement activities to prepare users for new ways of working.
- Track change readiness, adoption risks, and resistance, proposing mitigation actions.
- Support business readiness, cutover, and go live adoption activities.
- Act as liaison between business teams and delivery teams on change related matters.
- Support post go live adoption monitoring and stabilization.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management.
