Change Management: Change Lead
Driving and leading a large strategic change initiative to improve efficiencies and meet the organisations strategic objectives. Ensuring organisational readiness through communication, training and coaching engagements so that the new system is embraced, adopted and effectively utilized.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and plan the change environment by developing a change management strategy for the strategic project
- Manage the end βto-end delivery and implementation of change initiatives to support strategic project delivery
- Oversee the technical activity and functional training portfolio by ensuring that appropriate standards are met and that the end user are successfully using the technology
