Overseeing the execution of deployments in production environments alongside the Service Test & Deployment team.
Delegating Jira tickets received from sites and internal engineers.
Ensuring plans are met, highlighting potential delays, and implementing mitigation actions.
Coordinating with stakeholders on all related Test & Deployment activities.
Handling escalations during site deployments.
Making Go/No-go decisions based on testing results.
