Position Overview
As a Change Manager (OCM) within a Global Customer Support business organization, you will be accountable for successfully leading complex, high-impact change and transformation projects and programs, while driving successful organizational adoption across global initiatives.
In this role, you will combine strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) capabilities with Project Management responsibilities by:
- Leading complex, cross-site projects and programs with full ownership of decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic business and product goals.
- Identifying and orchestrating interdependencies, timelines, budgets, and change initiatives while ensuring documentation meets program standards.
- Designing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring all impact points are identified and translated into actionable plans that support long-term organizational adoption.
