Position Overview
Your mission
Captain the Challenger CL30 series in domestic and international operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
Execute all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weight and balance, FMS programming, and flight release coordination.
Operate in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and international procedures for operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
Deliver a refined, customer‑centric experience; anticipate needs and communicate with poise under pressure.
Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on‑time, on‑standard departures.
Model a just culture: lead by example, mentor, and uphold the highest safety and service standards.
