Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $29.00 to $33.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records and customer account reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute invoices, credit memos, and account statements in a timely manner.
• Record customer payments, including checks and cash, and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
• Handle collection efforts through calls and correspondence to resolve outstanding balances.
• Assist with monthly financial close by preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
