SUMMARY:
The Licensed Practical Nurse/Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for nursing duties at the Orchard Place Child Guidance Center during assigned work hours. The LPN/CMA will be responsible to ensure the physical and mental health well being of the children/youth in care. The LPN/CMA will function as a member of the overall treatment team for an individual and their families.
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP :
The LPN/CMA will report to the Medical Director, Child Guidance Center for supervision with administrative support provided by the Director of Outpatient Clinic Operations as needed.
