Job Description
Lead the financial strategy and build a structured, scalable Finance & Administration function.Implement governance, financial planning, reporting, and management-control systems aligned with PE backed requirements.Manage ongoing communication with the private equity fund, including KPIs, reporting packages, budgeting, and industrial plan updates.Strengthen administrative and accounting processes, implementing digital tools and standardised procedures.Support commercial expansion, pricing, margin analysis, and contract management for the industrial channel.Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.Manage procurement activities, particularly around raw material cost control and risk management.Evaluate investment opportunities, capacity expansion projects, and other strategic initiatives.Lead M&A activities including scouting, financial analysis, ...
