Description
Our client, a growing engineering services organization based in Greensboro, is seeking an Interim CFO to provide strategic financial leadership, stabilize and optimize finance operations, and support executive decision-making during a critical transition period. This role is fully onsite and will oversee a team of 10–15 finance and accounting professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, performance, and growth initiatives

+ Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
