1. Capital Markets & Market Cap Management
Develop and execute a capital markets and market capitalization strategy aligned with long-term value creation.Manage investor relations, including institutional investor relationships, analyst communication, roadshows and results announcements.Shape and refine the company's equity story, ensuring it reflects business fundamentals and future growth levers.Monitor valuation drivers, peer trends, market sentiment and share performance to assess risks and opportunities.Advise on capital structure, financing options, timing of transactions and external communications.2.
