About the Role

The Finance Head Argentina will be responsible for leading the country's financial strategy, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and support for business growth. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong business partnering to drive sustainable results. The position will act as a key partner to the Country President and the local Leadership Team, aligning the financial strategy with Schneider Electric's regional and integral priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the country's financial planning (budget, forecast, and long-term planning).
• Act as a strategic partner to the Country President and Leadership Team.
• Drive growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
