负责电动工具整机及关键子系统(包括但不限于电机、电池包、PCBA等)的流场与温度场仿真分析,为产品开发、设计优化及设计变更提供技术支持与专业建议。
Perform CFD and thermal simulations for power tools and key subsystems, including but not limited to motors, battery packs, and PCBAs. Provide simulation-driven insights and recommendations to support product development, design optimization, and engineering changes.
2. 热问题分析与优化
支持产品开发过程中热管理相关问题的分析与定位,识别关键影响因素,提出并验证优化方案。
Support thermal issue investigation and root-cause analysis during product development. Identify critical factors affecting thermal performance and propose effective design improvements.
3. 仿真平台与方法开发
参与热仿真分析平台、标准流程及最佳实践的建立、维护与推广,提高仿真效率和分析质量。
Participate in the development, maintenance, and deployment of thermal simulation platforms, workflows, and best practices to improve simulation efficiency and quality.
