A Brief Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA's) are registered nurses with advanced training in Anesthesia and advanced airway management. Provides care to patients in hospital and ambulatory setting. Involved in developing the anesthesia care plan, pre-operative care, documenting in the EMR, post-operative care, and communicating complications and/or emergency situations to the surgeon.
