- 4x10 schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: - 6:30am-5:00pm - Thursday: - 7:00am-5:30pm

Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Pennsylvania license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
