HR requires you to complete onsite onboarding/orientation before your first shift, which can only be scheduled after your credentials are approved.
A drug screening is also required - it can be done at the hospital on the day of onboarding but usually takes about a week for results. It s best to complete it as soon as you re credentialed so you ll be ready to start picking up shifts without delay. Our onboarding person can help coordinate this.
