Coaching & Client Support

• Deliver high‑impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication breakdowns, trust repair, and personal accountability.
• Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks.
• Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long‑term behavioral change.

Client Experience & Retention

• Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.
• Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis.
