As a Certified Dietary Manager you will be responsible for overseeing Culinary Advisor and the daily operations of the foodservice department, according to the facility policy and procedures and state/federal guidelines. Knowledge of infection control. Process new diet orders and diet changes; keep meal ordering system and Rolodex updated.
